Tie breakers are as follows:

Head-to-Head record between tied teams
Least runs allowed between tied teams
Least runs allowed for the tournament
Most men left on base for the tournament
Coin flip

Each tie breaker rule is applied in order until a team is broken out. Then, apply each tie breaker rule in order for the remaining teams until a second team is broken out. Repeat until all ties are broken.
